COVID-19 Update

In our efforts to follow recommendations from the CDC to help reduce the risk of COVID-19, CHEC would like to emphasize using alternative payment options to help limit possible exposure to our members, employees, and the general public. These options below allow you to pay your bill without face-to-face contact, thus reducing potential exposure to the virus.

  • Online payment at via your secure login to SmartHub
  • Secure Pay-by-Phone at 888-678-1937
  • Kiosk at Stigler & Sallisaw (cash or credit/debit card)
  • Sign up for automatic bank draft (visit our website at under "Bill Payment Options" to sign up)

CHEC has also suspended pre-pay disconnections for the time being. Please call us at 800-328-2368 with any questions or assistance needs. Stay safe, and thank you for your help in fighting the spread of this illness.
